Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy document explains how Memory Fog City ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information.
1. 100% Offline Game Execution
Memory Fog City is designed to be a fully standalone, offline mobile application. The App does not require any internet connection (android.permission.INTERNET is not included in the application configuration) to function and operates entirely locally on your device.
2. No Data Collection or Sharing
•
Personal Data: The App does not request, collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, device ID, or location).
•
Usage Data & Analytics: We do not track your gameplay habits, device statistics, or usage data. No third-party analytical tools or SDKs are integrated into the App.
•
Data Sharing: Since no data is collected, absolutely no information is shared, sold, or distributed to any third-party individuals or companies.
3. Device Permissions
The App does not require any dangerous or sensitive device permissions (such as access to your Camera, Microphone, Contacts, External Storage, or Location). It only utilizes standard, non-sensitive framework configurations necessary to render the game graphics locally on your device's screen.
4. Children’s Privacy
Since Memory Fog City does not collect any personal data whatsoever, it is completely safe for users of all ages, including children. The App is fully compliant with child privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. However, since the core nature of the application is strictly offline and private, any future updates will continue to uphold the principle of zero data collection.
